Biography
Julia Ann was born in 1827. She was the daughter of John Cantrell and Peggy Smith. [*] She married Stephen Howard on 3 Jan 1873 in Morgan County, Kentucky. The service was preformed by B F Cantrell. Joseph Cantrell and John Howard were witnesses. [1] She passed away in 1903. [*]

I was looking for a source for another Stephen Howard, I found this family tree: https://www.genealogy.com/ftm/s/m/i/Rose-Marie-Smith/GENE6-0005.html. Not a source, but good information about people. Julia had 8 children according to this tree.
