Biography
Avalin was born about 1880. He was the son of Daniel Carran and Agnes Mahoney.[1]
He married Alice Derecourt about 1907.[2]
He passed away in 1963 aged 82 years old. Cremated at Waikumete Crematorium.
Apparently his aunt registered his birth according to what she thought was correct. However he went by the name Evelyn Southern throughout his life.
