Biography

Jacob H. Carrier's Kentucky Death Certificate, which is included as a picture on his FindAGrave memorial, shows that he was born in Union County, Kentucky on 27 Aug 1869, the son of John M. Carrier and Sara Springer, both born in Union County, Kentucky.[1] His FindAGrave memorial gives his middle name as "Huran."[2]

In 1900, Jacob H. Carrier, 31 b. Kentucky Aug 1869 was living in Magisterial District 5, Sturgis (north part), Union, Kentucky, with his parents, John M. and Sarah E. Carrier.[3]

Emma Shelton and Jacob H. Carrier were married on 23 July 1902 in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.[4] They had at least the following children:
