Birth
John was born in 1874. He passed away in 1896.

Notes
John died of blood poisoning just 2 years after his marriage and only a few days after the birth of his son.
He was buried at what is now called Old Hiawassee Baptist Church. In 1938 the TVA moved his grave to what they called Salem ME church but is in acuality Grape Creek Baptist Church.
