Biography
William Sherman Carter was born 10 October 1865 [1] He was the son of Samuel C. Carter and Elizabeth Coker. He married Nancy Mariah Clinard 23 August 1900 in Woods County, Oklahoma. [2] He passed away 14 April 1933 in Attica, Harper County, Kansas. He was interred in Attica Cemetery, Attica, Harper County, Kansas. [1]
