Biography
Mary Isabelle Carter was born 23 February 1860 in Texas. [1] She was a daughter of Joseph McCarroll Carter and Elizabeth Matilda Williams. She married Simon Peter Simon Peter John Wylie Green Lipe in 1875 in Yell County, Arkansas. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] She passed away 12 December 1941 in Paris, Logan County, Arkansas. She was interred in Elizabeth Hall Cemetery, New Blaine, Logan County, Arkansas. [1]
