Biography
Lucretia Cartwright was born in 1842 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England. She was the daughter of Davenport Cartwright and Mary Ann Clarke. [1][2][3]
In 1851, she was recorded as Luceretia Cartwright (daughter age 9, a scholar, born in Leicester), in the house of her father, Davenport Cartwright (age 36, married, a priest in the catholic church born in Market Harborough) and mother, Mary Ann Cartwright (34, born in London, Middlesex), in Parkside, Radford, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England, along with a number of other siblings.
