Life Story of Benjamin Case
Benjamin Case's Will was dated 6 November 1774 in New York probate records. In his will he named his wife Mary and children: Benjamin Case, Mary Case, and Theodosia Case. Mary Case had married to Abner Wells and Theodosia Case had married to Israel Reeve. Both sons-in-law were named in his will as co-executors along with his wife, Mary.[1]
I copied all of the Case deaths and marriages for the first few years from : The Salmon records : a private register of Marriages and Deaths of the residents of the town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y., and of persons more or less closely associated with that place : 1696-1811. Salmon, William. (New York, New York Genealogical and Biographical Society, 1918)
