Disputed Origins

A previous version of this profile claimed, citing the largely fictional Shawnee Heritage series,[1] that he was the son of Jacob Castle and Waupaathee (Hokolesqua) Shawnee. There is no documentation of the names of any children or spouses of Jacob Castle; and there is no proof that a Native American woman married or gave birth to children of Jacob Castle.[2]

Jacob might have been the "Kassel" who with a wife, children and mother/mother-in-law, were nearly drowned in a famous flood 25 AUG 1749. See his profile for details.[3]
