Biography

Sarah Caswell was born on 31 May 1712, the daughter of Lieut. John Caswell and Hannah Hoar. She married Ebenezer White on 21 May 1730 and they had 14 children, all born in Norton, Massachusetts. [1]

2 - Charity, b. Oct. 17, 1732; died Nov. 24, 1732.
3 - Mercy, b. Jan. 26, 1733-4.
4 - David, b. Dec. 7, 1735.
5 - Sarah, b. April 10, 1737.
6 - Ebenezer, b. April 22, 1739 ; died May 4, 1739.
7 - Judith, b. Aug. 4, 1740; married, Nov. 27, 1772, Thomas Story
8 - Abigail, b. Aug. 27, 1742.
9 - William, b. July 26, 1744.
10 - Jonathan, b. Feb. 20, 1746.
11 - Anna, b. Jan. 27, 1747 ; died Feb. 6, 1747.
12 - Catharine, b. April 22, 1750.
13 - Jedidiah, b. May 7, 1752; married March 28, 1785, Mary White, of Mansfield. No children recorded.
14 - Ephraim, b. Jan. 3, 1754.

She died prior to Ebenezer's second marriage to Sarah Grover on 25 Jun 1766. [1][2]
