Charlotte was the daughter of John Cayley and Elizabeth Stillingfleet. She was baptised at North Newbald, Yorkshire on 23 October 1803.[1] The parish register of Brompton by Sawdon, Yorkshire records that she was baptised at Newbald, and publicly received into the church at Newbald on 21 December 1803.[2]
Charlotte was buried at Brompton by Sawdon, Yorkshire on 11 March 1807.[3] She is named on her mother's memorial at Brompton by Sawdon.[4]
