Biography
When Stephen Daley CECIL was born on March 16, 1855, in Wayne, Indiana, his father, Reuben, was 30 and his mother, Prudence, was 32. He married Harriette Lana COUNTRYMAN on December 31, 1878, in Hastings, Minnesota. They had two children during their marriage. He died on April 22, 1926, in Hastings, Minnesota, at the age of 71.
