Biography

Samuel Wesley Goff b. 13 Oct. 1806 in (Malta) Windsor, ME. He m. Olive (Pishon) Chadbourne b. 4 Nov 1845, d. 17 Oct 1878, buried in River Rd. Cemetery, Sidney, ME. Samuel and Olive had 12 children. He d. 22 July 1871. and he is buried in Goff Cemetery on left on route 104 River Rd., Sidney...very small cemetery. Olive Chadbourne was the daughter of Francis Chadbourne b. before 1774, d. 15 March 1826 in Lewiston,

I think there is an issue here on this profile. Olive Chadbourne was born 29 Oct 1817. Her parents were William Chadbourne and Susannah Brackett. The Olive on this page is stated to be born c1815 and to be the daughter of Francis Chadbourne. The Brackett Genealogy page 257 shows that William Chadbourne was the father of Olive and Francis Chadbourne was her older brother. Anyone have any comments? Scott
