Joseph Chaney's will is dated 17 Jun 1832. It was proved on 19 Aug 1833. At the time his will was written he named the following sons: Reuben, James, Jacob, Jesse, Elijah's son Marshall and grandchild Frances Chaney, Joseph's children Julia and Elizabeth Chaney.
