Biography

Edward was born in 1856. He was the son of Ellery Channing and Ellen Fuller. He passed away in 1931.
He was an American historian and an author of "History of the United States" in six volumes, for which he won the 1926 Pulitzer Prize for History. Channing taught at Harvard 1883–1929. [1]
