Ursula was born around May 1751 at East Smithfield, and baptized on the 19 May 1751 at the Parish Church of St. Botolph Aldgate, Aldgate High Street, in the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate, City of London, Middlesex & England[1][2]. She was the daughter of John Chatto and Mary Manly, who married on the 27 May 1750 at the Parish Church of St. Olave, located on the corner of Hart Street and Seething Lane, in the City of London, Middlesex & London, England[3].
Her marriage to Robert Lane took place on the 30 July 1775 at the Parish Church of Saint George the Martyr, Borough High Street, City of London, in the London Borough of Southwark, England. The couple were married after Banns by John (Dyer) in front of witnesses Margaret {Tossett?) and S. (Sherman)[4]. And they had the following children born to them:--
Robert Lane, born 19 July 1776; died 20 May 1777 in the Village of Dulwich, London Borough of Southwark, Surrey & London[5];
Mary Lane, born Ca. May 1778; bap. 14 May 1778; died Ca. 1778 in the Village of Dulwich, London Borough of Southwark, Surrey & London[6];
Mary Lane, born Ca. November 1779; bap. 28 November 1779 in the Village of Dulwich, London Borough of Southwark, Surrey & London[7];
Jane (Lane) Bampton, born Ca. October 1781; bap. 28 October 1781 in the Village of Dulwich, London Borough of Southwark, Surrey & London[8];
Elizabeth Lane, born Ca. January 1784; bap. 2 February 1784; died 9 November 1788 at 4 years old in the Village of Dulwich, London Borough of Southwark, Surrey & London[9];
Alice Lane, born 6 January 1788 in the Village of Dulwich; bap. 31 July 1811 in Camberwell, London Borough of Southwark, Surrey & London[10]; and
William Lane, born Ca. September 1790; bap.1 October 1790 in the Village of Dulwich, London Borough of Southwark, Surrey & London[11].
Ursula passed away, before the Census Record of 1841 and neither her death or burial is recorded. There is an Ursula Lane, who died in September 1847 in Kensington, but she was 39 years old (b. Ca. 1806) at the time of her death.
