David was not the child of Elisha Chesebrough V and Hannah (Page) Chesebrough as listed in History of Stonington, and neither were the rest of the Chesebrough siblings listed on PG 433 (#1-#5 of #9).[1]
ALL of the children listed in History of StoningtonPG 433, #1-5 of #9, are actually the children of Amos and Rebecca Chesebrough[1][2]
David married someone with the last name Crumb, but the date and location are not yet known.

While this could be an assumption on on the part of T Counce, generally when they is no further information listed in the Family Genealogies, when the person appears before others that have continued entries, there are no children to that union. If any are located in the future, they will be added.[2]

If this person's paternal link to Elisha Chesebrough is true then the notation in the biography about his descendancy from Sylvester Chesebrough (the "unknown") should be edited out.
