Possibly Baptised 7 Jul 1794 [1]based on birth place mentioned in the 1851 census[2], If correct then parents are John Church and Ann.
Alternatively, William the father of Letitia Church and husband of Jane Prior was baptised on the 25th of August 1799 at St Peter's Church in Cliffe Pypard, along with his sister Mary.[3]
