Sarah was born on February 21,1876 in Rhea County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of William Clack and Sabria Newport.
She moved to Montana around 1910. She married James Howell Manis around 1903, around 1930 Sarah and husband James moved to Bradenton in Manatee County, Florida. She passed away on December 7, 1968 in Hillsborough County, Florida.
