Biography

Wallace James Clark was born 11 February 1802 near Redlick, Madison County, Kentucky. [1] He was a son of Joseph Clark and Judith Amelia Graves.

He married Rebecca Mary Abney in 1821 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky.

In the 1850 census Wallace (age 49) was in Rockcastle, Kentucky. His wife dies the next year.[2]

  • He appears on the Tax list in 1822.
  • Davis Laswell was appointed administrator of Wallis, Sr.'s estate July 8th, 1876, with Samuel Laswell as surety.
