Emily and Amos Casteel acquired a marriage license on 21 September 1841 and were married on 23 September 1841 in Coshocton County, Ohio. The marriage was filed as Record No. 1452, on 19 October 1841 by F. W. Thomhill.[4][5][6][7] Emily and Amos moved to Ohio Township, Indiana. They had three known children, all born in Indiana. Amos died sometime before 1857.[1][2]
