Biography
Ines was born in 1918. She was the daughter of William Clark and Carrie Kemp. She passed away in 2014.
Burial in December, 2014 was at the Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, Lake County, Indiana .
96 year old, Ines "Berdene" Clark Sweet of Rensselaer, formerly of DeMotte, passed away December 13, 2014. On May 21, 1918, Berdene was born in Kenderhook, Michigan to Bryan & Carrie (Klemp) Clark.
On December 23, 1939 Berdene married Clyde K. Sweet in Lake County, Indiana. Berdene worked at U.S. Steel in the furnace and worked her way up to where she was working in the office.
Berdene is survived by many friends, who were like family to her: Mark & Stacy Waling, Gale & Noreen Kerns and Mike & Renee Conley. Berdene was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde K. Sweet, her six siblings, and her parents.
