Death and Burial
John passed away, having died intestate on 17 Jan 1712, in Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony. [3] On 20 Jun 1712, his widow, Rebeckah, was granted the letter of administration. His moveable inventory was taken on 28 March 1712.[4]
In 1712, his land was appraised and the settlement was set out to his widow Rebecca, James (eldest son), John, Joseph, Abigail, Martha, and Mary.[5]
In 1717, the settlement of house and land was divided among his six children, James (eldest son), John, Joseph, Abagail, Martha, and Mary.[6]
