John Henry Clark was born on 24 Nov 1794 in Randolph County, North Carolina to Daniel Clark and Mary Sanders. He married Nancy Hussey on 31 Oct 1821 in Randolph, North Carolina. Children: Jedidah Hussey, Daniel, Alfred Barton, Anna Lucy, Martha Ann, Thomas, Hezekiah, Lindley Murray, Nancy Maria. He died on 18 Mar 1885 in Carthage, Rush, Indiana.
