Upon studying the link you posted, I agree she could *possibly* be through the Aegender family. I'm not sure why Sarah (Clements) Clay is attached, but she should be removed as there is zero sources as to whom she descends from on this profile. I am a descendant, I can find no proof of Sarah Clements Clay anywhere except on the Findagrave profile, and Findagrave is not sourced. I will remove Sarah Clements Clay in time, if no further sources are given and there are no objections....
I found this discussion online from 2018 which discusses the possibility that Maria Dorothea was not a Clay. I thought it may be of interest. I have DNA Matches whose trees lead to Clay as well as Zimmerman, so I would be interested in discovering more at some time about Maria Dorothea Tucker.
