Biography
Charles was born in 1886. He was the son of Norris Cleveland and Luella Spaulding.
He attended Skowhegan High School. He graduated from the University of Maine, majoring in Agriculture.
Occupation: College teacher (Professor), Winthrop College, Rock Hill, South Carolina.
He married Alice M. Batcher. They had a daughter,
Ann Luella Cleveland (1919–1999).
He passed away in 1930. Burial: Southside Cemetery, Skowhegan, Somerset County, Maine, USA. [1]
