Biography
"Hon. Neal "Neely" Cleveland located at Sand Hills, Richmond county, Georgia, farmer. Member of Georgia legislature 1795-1797. Ms. Vining had his portrait painted when he was 25. His homestead was burned about 1807-8, destroying the family Bible with records."[1]
