Hannah Coats daughter of Mic. and Margaret Coats of Carslow was born the 15th day of the 8th mo. 1709
From the "The Langstaffs of Teesdale and Weardale" by George Blundell Longstaff , Pedigree 15, Dixon of Raby.
Hannah Coates 4th da. b. 15 viii 1709; m. 25 xi. 1729; as a widow of John Dixon; she married secondly, in 1745, Hugh, eldest son of Joshua Watson of Huntwell, Allendale, Co. Durham and eldest grandson, as is said of Sir Anthony Watson of Huntwell, Bart.; her eldest son, Joshua Watson, M.D., of Staindrop, is said to have been a Baronet, but, as a Friend, dropped the title; died 25 v. 1785; bur. at Staindrop.
