Hays Mitchell Cole, 33, of Jackson died August 15 at Highway 80 West in Jackson.

Services were held August 17 at 2 p.m. from Colonial Chapel of Mendenhall with Rev. Z.T. Winningham and Rev. Buffington officiating. Burial was in New Home Cemetery.

Survivors include six brothers, Curtis Gaston Cole of Van Couver, Wash., Thomas Cole of Pearl, G.B. Cole of Vicksburg, Norman Cole of D'Lo, Elray Cole of Austin, and Curtis Cole of Pearl; three sisters, Mildred Grant of Mendenhall, Faye Buffington of Jackson and Helen Bridges of Van Couver, Wash.
