Biography
Nicholas Cole 14 April 1714 Lanivet son of Francis and Catherine. Lease 99 years, lease on lives of lessee (Francis Cole jun), Ann Cole of Lanivet, widow, and Nicholas Cole son of Francis Cole of Lanivet, yeo.; rent £5, Henry, earl of Radnor, to Francis Cole jun. of Lanhydrock, gent. Consideration: lessee is building "a good and convenient" new dwelling house, and £450, Treffry barton in Lanhydrock, 25 Dec 1734. [CL/1283, posted on Ancestry by cathy broatch] Nicholas married Mary Southwood on 8 Nov 1740 at Lanivet. Nicholas possibly died in 1761 or 1769.
