When Samantha J Collett was born in 1859 in Georgia, her father, Enoch, was 22, and her mother, Cynthia, was 21. She married Joseph Higgins on March 9, 1876, in Forsyth, Georgia.[1] They had 8 children; 7 were still alive in 1910. She died after 1930 but I am yet unable to locate any records of death.[2]
