Thomas was born in 1754. He was the son of John Combs and Rebecca Fitz Randolph. He passed away in 1834.[1]

Thomas was the son of John Combs and Rebecca Fitz Randolph, and the twin brother of Isaac Combs. He was probably born in Upper Freehold Twp., Monmouth Co., NJ, where his parents resided.

He married Hannah Rogers. His twin brother Isaac married Hannah's sister Euphemea Rogers.

Thomas and Hannah belonged to the Chesterfield (Burlington Co., NJ) Monthly Meeting of Friends.
