John married Elizabeth Eaton (born in Wardington, Oxfordshire, England in 1705; died in Yorkshire, England in 1738), daughter of Benjamin Eaton and Mary Coombs, on 3 June 1721 in Great Ayton, Yorkshire, England[1][2].
John was said to have been baptised in 1736 in England.
John died in 1737 in London, Middlesex, England.
John was the maternal sixth great-grandfather of Joan Crawford.
