MRS. CLARISSA CORMAN, who died at her home in Ada Saturday, will be buried in the Cascade cemetery this afternoon.

NOTE: Her mother [Clarissa's] listed as Rachel Soules Corman Penfold (95936505) is actually her Grandmother. Clarissa's mother is Deziar Corman Gower (105836199). She was born before Deziar married Gower and it is unknown who her father is. It has been erroneously assumed that Rachel was her mother based on a Canadian census she was listed on when she was visiting her grandmother before coming to the United States. It is also interesting that, although she was married and divorced, she resumed her maiden name of Corman, but kept the 'Mrs.'. She was never married to Henry Adell. That name was listed on Lauras death cert. but there is no such person. In a study of Laura Adell Katz and her mother Clarissa Corman, several DNA matches are looking more and more like her father was the husband of her Aunt Susan Corman, John Apsey.
