Can anybody give me any evidence to support that Thomas Cotham is a Son to Thomas Cottingham? I have not seen any connection. If there is no evidence, can the two profiles be disconnected?

Birth: South Carolina or Tennessee? Answer: Sources on Cotham-41 born in Tn seem to support place of birth as South Carolina: Change has been made to SOUTH CAROLINA
Father: SC Thomas Cottingham and Tn None listed?
Wife: SC None listed; or Tn Elizabeth (Griffith) Cotham?
Which children? (This can be solved later.)
Another question: Have you looked at the troop migrations of the Southern Theater Company he was in? www.carolana.com I was researching other ancestors from Issac Cotham's wife and it seemed like the families stayed close together. The war could have brought them down to the Georgia area. It was not far from all of the battles of the Southern Theater. I would like to help piece this together with everyone.
