CHESTER COUNTY South Carolina DEED BOOK H, PAGE 91 No. 51 South Carolina Chester District Know all men by these present that I Henry Cotterell of the state and district aforesaid for the consideration of one hundred pounds sterling to me in hand placed by Henry Cotterell Junior of the aforesaid state and district have given, granted, bargained and sold and by these present do give , grant, bargain and sell unto the said Henry Cotterell Junior a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred acres (more or less) situated on Cito Creek a branch of Sandy River being part of a grant of land originally granted to Benjamin Carter and by conveyances sold from John Carter to Henry Cotterell the said tract of one hundred acres more or less to be made out of said original tract which contains one hundred and fifty acres .
