His will is dated 24 February 1817 and proved on 28 October 1817 in Fairfield.[2]
His inventory was completed on 19 November 1817 in Fairfield.[3]
In 1817 and recorded in 1820, his estate distribution was set out to the widow, Eleanor, Wakeman Couch (eldest son), Gideon Couch, Eli Couch (youngest son), and Charry.[4]
