Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth COVEY HARMON of Tahlequah, I.T., age 65 yrs, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Percy Wyly, on Friday, April 22nd after an illness of about a week. Her remains were interred at Tahlequah on Sun. afternoon at 2:30. Her brother, J. D. COVEY of this city, attended the funeral. Mrs. HARMON was the oldest of nine children of John N. and Martha H. COVEY of Gravett, seven of which still survive. She was born in TN and has been a member of the Christian church for a number of years. Her husband, James J. HARMON, died at Maysville in 1892 and she leaves only one child, Mrs. Percy WYLY, at whose home she was living at the time of her death. The democrat extends condolence to all the members of the family. [1]
