Cox-8334 and Cox-9171 do not represent the same person because: Birth dates are different; a second son or daughter often "inherited" the given name of an older sibling in England because the church had to be paid for the use of a name by a family. This way they did not have to pay the church when the same name was used a second time by the same family.
