1910 residence East Liverpool, Liverpool Twp., Precinct 3, Columbiana County, OH; 1920 residence Reedy District, Precint #2, Wirt County, WV; 1930 residence unable to locate; 1940 Reedy Magisterial District, Wirt County, WV

He served in the U. S. Army and spent some time in the early 1920’s in the U. S. Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, Marion, Grant County, IN.

He is buried in the Two Run Baptist Church Cemetery, Wirt County, WV.
