Biography

James was born in 1820. James Crawford and died in 1912.

James Madison Crawford was the son of John Crawford and Elizabeth Coleman of Edgefield Co., South Carolina. In 1848 he married Elvira Combs, daughter of Nickolas 'Birdeye' Combs and Elizabeth Combs. These are the children of James M. Crawford and Elvira Combs:
