Lydia was born about 1854. She is the daughter of Crittenden-266 Orin Crittenden and Rae-175 Margaret Rae.

Appeared in the Newmarket Era on 24 Nov 1882, p. 2. The article is as follows:

The Altar - Pollock - Crittenden - On the 22nd inst. by Elder D. Prosser, at his house, Queensville, Mr. Jos. E. Pollock to Miss Lydia Crittenden, both of North Gwillimbury.

Obituary appeared in the Newmarket Era on 1 Sep 1938, p. 4. The article is as follows:

Deaths - Pollock - At the York county hospital, Newmarket, Aug. 30, Linda Frances Crittenden, wife of Joseph E. Pollock of Keswick in her 78th year, and mother of E. M. Pollock of Sutton West, and Mrs. A. B. Currey of Gore Bay.
Funeral from the late residence, Keswick, on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 2 o'clock, standard time. Interment Queensville cemetery.
