Biography

Asbury was born in 1855. He is the son of William Cromer and Elizabeth Wilson. A descendant calls him "William Asbury Zechariah Taylor Cromer". His obituary noted that he was born and reared in Laurens County, South Carolina, but he was living in Newberry County, South Carolina in l860. [1]
