Biography

George Dallas was born in Scotland.

George was the youngest son son of William Dallas by his first wife^[1] born in 1634 or 1635^[2]

He married Margaret, daughter of James Abercrombie of Pittencrieff on 3 Jul 1660.^[2] They had issue:

1. James, of St Martins^[3]
2. George, c. 10 Apr 1664. d. young^[3]
3. George, of Parkley, c. 4 Dec 1667^[3]
4. John, writer in Edinburgh, d. unm.^[3]

George was buried in Greyfriars Churchyard on 13 Apr 1701.^[3]
