Lucy was born in 1761 Albemarle County, Virginia. She is the daughter of William Dalton and Rachel Harris. She passed away in September 1844 in Randolph County, Missouri.

Lucy married John Watts possibly about 1778 in Albemarle County, Virginia.

Lucy received a pension based on the Revolutionary War service of John following his death in 1832 until her death on 16 September 1844.[1]
