Tom married Minnie Davis Bramblett, daughter of Peter Bramblett, in Bourbon County, Kentucky on 12 June 1883. After her husband died in Kentucky Minnie and her daughter Mattie left Nicholas County, Ky for Lapel, Madison County, Indiana. Minnie died there but was brought back to Carlisle, Kentucky for burial, 1938. Mattie also died in Boone County, Indiana and is buried Carlisle, Kentucky. [2][3]
