[1] She was the eldest daughter of George Dabney Winston by his wife Dorothea Spotswood Henry eldest daughter of Patrick Henry by his 2nd wife Dorothea Spotswood Dandridge and She was the granddaughter of Gov. Alexander Spotswood & Butler Brayne,. Chas. F. Dandridge married secondly to Tabitha Ann McGehee, together they had one son McGehee Dandridge who died @ the Battle of Shiloh, Tennessee.
