Biography

Mary Dane was born about 1636, daughter of John Dane and his first wife Eleanor Clark, who first settled at Roxbury, Massachusetts but removed to Ipswich, Massachusetts by 1636. ^{[1] [2]}

Mary married William Chandler Jr. of Andover on August 23/24, 1658. ^{[3] [1]} Her husband William was baptized on May 20, 1635/6 at Bishops Stortford, the son of William and Agnes/Annis (Bayford) Chandler. ^[4]

Mary died at Andover Massachusetts on May 10, 1679. ^[3]

Five months after the death of his first wife, William Chandler married Bridget Henchman on October 8, 1679. ^{[3] [5]}

William died at Andover in 1698. ^{[4] [6]}
