Biography
William Darsey was born in 1752 in Calvert, Maryland, son of Joseph Darcy (1720 - 1780) and Elizabeth Ann (Corbert) Darcy (1727 - 1824).
His brother was Joel (Darcy) Darsey (1765 - 1850).
William married Phereby Pryor (1752 - ) in 1774 in Province of Georgia. Their children were:
- James D Darsey (1777 - 1879)
- John Willis Darsey (~1800 - 1866).
William died in 1808 in Washington, Wilkes, Georgia, United States aged ~56. He is buried in Buckhorn United Methodist Church Cemetery, Dudley, Laurens County, Georgia, USA.[1]
