Hi,
With multiple duplicates all duplicate profiles are merged into just one profile (in this case into Defrees-33, for that profile the LNAB has corrected before the merge. A merge is already proposed now, but the duplicate parents first have to be merged and when the LNAB is corrected for Defrees-33, both duplicates can be merged into that one. (To make sure there's only one profile for this person with already the correct LNAB (and a source for it).

These also are the same and can be merged as soon as the LNAB for Defrees-33 is corrected to de Freest (=the correct LNABs according the baptism record). With multiple duplicates they all are merged into just one profile that preferred has a source (primary records) for and the correct LNAB before the merge (to prevent unneeded merges).
